Refund & Cancellation Policy

This policy covers refunds and cancellations for Kanakkupaaru (kanakkupaaru.in).


Our Pricing Model

Kanakkupaaru offers a single, one-time lifetime payment of ₹499 (Indian Rupees). There are no subscriptions, no recurring charges, and no renewal fees. Before paying, you can use the full Service free for 7 days during your trial period.

Refund Policy

7-Day Money-Back Guarantee

If you are not satisfied with Kanakkupaaru after purchasing lifetime access, you may request a full refund within 7 days of your payment date.

To request a refund:

  1. Email us at support@kanakkupaaru.in
  2. Use the subject line: “Refund Request — [your registered email]”
  3. Include your registered email address and Razorpay Payment ID (found in your payment receipt)

We will process your refund within 5–7 business days. The refund will be credited to your original payment method.

After 7 Days

Refunds are not available after 7 days from payment, except in the following cases:

  • Duplicate payment — if you were charged twice, we will refund the duplicate charge immediately
  • Technical failure — if payment was deducted but access was not granted, we will either provide access or issue a full refund within 2 business days

No Refund Situations

Refunds will not be issued if:

  • The 7-day refund window has passed (unless the exceptions above apply)
  • Your account was terminated due to violation of our Terms & Conditions
  • You no longer wish to use the Service after the refund window has closed

Cancellation

During the Trial Period

During the 7-day free trial, there is nothing to cancel. Your trial ends automatically at no charge if you do not upgrade.

After Payment

There is no “cancellation” for a lifetime one-time purchase — there is no subscription to cancel. If you wish to delete your account, go to Settings → Account → Delete Account. All your data will be permanently deleted within 30 days. Account deletion does not entitle you to a refund after the 7-day window.

How Refunds Are Processed

All refunds are processed via Razorpay to the original payment source:

  • UPI: 1–3 business days
  • Credit / Debit card: 5–7 business days
  • Net banking: 3–5 business days

  • Your registered email address
  • Razorpay Payment ID (from your payment receipt)
  • Reason for refund (optional but helpful)
